Planned Activations #

Click on “Planned Activations” in the top right corner in the top navbar to change the view to the planned activations, or “reservations”.

Create a planned activation #

If you want to reserve a callsign during a period of time in the future, fill out the form with your prefered event callsign, your personal callsign, as well as the UTC start and end datetime of your reservation.

If you changed coordinatorr to multi-op mode, additional info, such as band or mode will be asked.

Once you created the planned activation, it will show up below the entry form:

Up to a determined amount of hours before the start of your activation (as specified in the COORDINATORR_CHECK_RESERVATIONS_IN_ADVANCE_HOURS key inside your .env file), any operator that is not you will receive a warning that in “x amount of time, operator XX0XXX will start an activation”.

If the time of the reservation rolls around, any other operator that is not you is not able to create a current activation anymore.

Important! If you start your activation at the planned time, please also create a current activation.

Important! If your plans change and you do not want to activate on that reserved amount of time, please delete the planned activation to release the callsign for use by other operators.

Once the end time of your reservation is reached, the planned activation will self-deactivate. Your current activation will stay online though (if you operate longer).

Delete your reservation #

You can delete your reservation at any time by pressing the corresponding buttons at the bottom right of any planned activation.
